Our Core Infrastructure team is a diverse group of technologists focused on improving the resiliency, scalability, visibility, usability, and supportability of Maven's technology systems.
The End User Support team manages the user experience at Maven, overseeing technology and facilities to enhance productivity. This includes responsibility for the office and desktop environment, video conferencing systems, telephony, and more.
The End User Support Engineer ensures Maven's employees have the necessary tools to be successful and productive. You will lead in configuring desks, relocating employees, setting up new desktops, and maximizing the use of Maven's technology tools. As the first line of support for IT issues, you will coordinate with the Core Infrastructure and development teams to resolve user requests and maintain productivity.
