TeamFeePay in Belfast is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Pitchside Experience squad. You will own features end-to-end, from specification through rollout, with light oversight, contributing to both mobile and web fronts using React Native and React.

We value engineers who enjoy learning, with no strict degree requirements, and who can build features that coaches, players and parents actually use on matchday. The role is hybrid in Belfast.

Qualifications

• Experience with React or React Native frontend, or willingness to learn.
• Strong experience in software development.
• Desire to build features used by coaches, players and parents on matchday.
• Ability to own a feature end-to-end with light guidance.
• Crucial: critique designs and understand user journeys to land the best solution.

Responsibilities

• Own a Pitchside Experience feature end-to-end, from spec through rollout, with light oversight.
• Write solid, well-tested code across our React Native app and web front end.
• Debug issues effectively, considering performance and error handling.
• Contribute to peer reviews and share context in stand-ups and docs.
