TeamFeePay in Belfast is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Pitchside Experience squad. You will own features end-to-end, from specification through rollout, with light oversight, contributing to both mobile and web fronts using React Native and React.
We value engineers who enjoy learning, with no strict degree requirements, and who can build features that coaches, players and parents actually use on matchday. The role is hybrid in Belfast.

We’re organised into three squads: Pitchside Experience, Clubhouse Experience and Platform. This role sits in Pitchside Experience: the squad focused on what happens matchday: team sheets, live updates and the tools coaches, players, parents use on the day.
Our engineers come from a variety of different backgrounds. As long as you enjoy learning new things, we’d love to talk to you: we do not ask for formal qualifications or degree requirements for any of our engineering roles.
You don't need prior Ruby experience to apply. If you're a strong backend engineer with experience in another language (e.g. Node, Python, Java, PHP, Go), we’d love to hear from you: we’ll support you in picking up Rails. (Our Platform Senior Software Engineer and Principal Software Engineer roles are the exception and do require hands-on Ruby/Rails experience.)
