Job summary

Butler Rose recruits for a Payroll Executive in Plymouth to join a thriving organisation. You will manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensure RTI submission, and oversee pension contributions and auto-enrolment compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in running end-to-end payroll.
• Proficiency in Sage 50 Payroll or similar software.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Submitting Real Time Information (RTI) to HMRC.
• Processing pension contributions and maintaining auto-enrolment compliance.
• Resolving payroll queries with professionalism and discretion.
• Supporting financial activities, including invoicing, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
• Contributing to the enhancement of internal controls and systems.
