Job summary

Butler Rose is recruiting a Payroll Executive to join a thriving Plymouth-based team. You will manage payroll for three group companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely RTI submissions to HMRC.

The role will also include pension contributions, auto-enrolment compliance, reconciliations and supporting month-end processes, with opportunities to enhance internal controls and systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running end-to-end payroll.
• Experience with RTI submissions to HMRC.
• Pension contributions and auto-enrolment knowledge.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for three group companies.
• Submit RTI to HMRC.
• Process pension contributions and auto-enrolment compliance.
• Resolve payroll queries and support month-end processes.
• Assist with invoicing, reconciliations, and internal controls.
