Job summary

Bridgestone UK is seeking a Full-time Planning Specialist in Warwick to manage end-to-end demand, inventory and order fulfilment for key accounts. You will collaborate with factories, logistics providers and sales teams to maximise on-shelf availability and minimise costs.

You will forecast, monitor inventory in customer warehouses, plan direct shipments, and use SAP SD/MM, OMP, Adex, Excel and Power BI to provide real-time visibility and drive improvements. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in planning, supply chain, or key account support.
• Education in Supply Chain, KAM support, or business preferred.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Act as logistic KAM interface for strategic customers and Sales KAM.
• Lead planning meetings and customer visits.
• Coordinate with factories, logistics providers and sales teams.
• Monitor open orders, backorders, and delivery performance.
• Prepare weekly Logistics Planning highlights for R&Ops.
• Develop collaborative forecasting models with customers.
• Plan and coordinate direct shipments from production.
• Use planning tools (e.g., SAP/OMP) to optimise availability.
