Job summary

Parkside in Northwood is seeking a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to take ownership of orders, coordinate shipments and liaise with multiple suppliers. The role is office-based in Northwood, with responsibilities spanning order management, invoicing and routine bookkeeping.

You will support import/export operations and maintain accurate records across systems. The ideal candidate is highly organised, comfortable juggling priorities, and familiar with ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or shipping.
• Experience in import/export and supply chain operations.
• Comfortable working with multiple IT systems (ERP, Xero, Sage, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from start to finish.
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries to deadlines.
• Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Maintain accurate logistics and order documentation.
• Process customer invoices and perform basic bookkeeping.
• Provide wider operational and administrative support as needed.
