Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an IT Asset Management Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets. The role ensures accurate records, ITIL-aligned processes, and secure deployments across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Asset Management or IT Operations.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes and ticketing systems.
• Understanding of asset lifecycle and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets.
• Maintain asset records across systems (Workday, Intune, SCCM).
• Coordinate provisioning for new hires and leavers; redeploy assets.
• Support software asset management incl. licence tracking and renewals.
• Oversee asset decommissioning with secure data wiping and recycling.
• Manage inventory and storage; ensure stock levels meet demand.
• Coordinate repairs, warranties, returns with external vendors.
• Assist with software deployments and OS rollouts with IT teams.
• Produce inventory reports and process documentation for compliance.
• Support IT projects and technology refresh programmes.
