Hireful Ltd in Poole, Dorset, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end planning across production, demand forecasting and materials control. You will drive S&OP, optimise stock, improve OTIF and collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Procurement and Finance to deliver cost-efficient service.

You'll manage a team, set KPIs and use data to push continuous improvement and operational excellence within a growing food manufacturing group.

Qualifikationen

• Significant supply chain leadership experience within food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong planning and forecasting expertise.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end supply chain for the site, focusing on production planning, demand forecasting, materials management, inventory control and S&OP.
• Lead monthly S&OP processes and drive improvements in OTIF and service levels.
• Optimise stockholding, maximise capacity utilisation and minimise waste.
• Lead and develop the team, using KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement.
