Job summary

Juice Recruitment is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Lincoln to own diverse development projects from concept through to completion. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications, coordinating internal and external teams to deliver to high standards.

Offering a base salary of £40,000-£50,000 with a project completion bonus; OTE £70,000. This permanent, full-time role includes clear progression paths and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Experience delivering new build, refurbishment or development projects.
• Strong budgeting and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinating internal teams, consultants, suppliers and contractors.
• Developing project scopes, programmes and budgets.
• Ensuring on-time delivery within financial parameters.
• Monitoring performance and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
• Managing changes to scope, timelines and costs.
• Building relationships with contractors and third-party suppliers.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation and industry standards.
