Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a full stack engineer, with production-ready experience.
• Built and shipped an AI agent or agentic application.
• Strong Python and TypeScript proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own applications end to end from idea to production.
• Translate scientists' questions into shipped software.
• Move fast with ambiguous inputs and evolving priorities.
• Build the agents, not just use them; work with ML/ pharma data scientists.
