An independent EPA means assessors have no conflict of interest with the apprentices or training providers, maintaining objectivity in competency decisions. Assessments can be conducted onsite or remotely, with outcomes recorded and justified for grading decisions, all subject to quality assurance.
Senior Healthcare Support Workers assist registered practitioners, performing clinical and non-clinical tasks within their competence, across various healthcare settings, acting as role models and supervising less experienced staff, following the Code of Conduct.
Support individuals with mental health conditions, providing emotional support, developing care plans, and encouraging independence, often working with families, carers, and other organizations.
Applicants must have suitable IT equipment, broadband, personal email, UK or Irish address, right to work, and plan for travel time.
