The End Point Assessor role involves conducting holistic assessments of apprentices' Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) to ensure they meet industry standards and are fully competent. As an independent assessor, you will evaluate apprentices without conflicts of interest, conducting assessments onsite, recording outcomes, and supporting Pearson’s quality assurance processes.
