A leading recruitment agency is seeking an End Point Assessment Administrative Assistant in London. This is a temporary office-based role providing crucial administrative support for apprenticeship assessments. Candidates should have strong administrative experience, attention to detail, and proficiency in IT systems. Responsibilities include processing applications, scheduling discussions, and coordinating with teams. This role offers a contract of 3 days a week, starting January 2026, for a competitive pro-rata salary.

  • Schedule and facilitate online Professional Discussions between apprentices and assessors.
  • Review and issue feedback promptly, supporting moderation processes.
  • Coordinate payments and liaise with Finance and Membership teams.
  • Respond to enquiries from apprentices, assessors, employers, and universities.

£30,845 pro-rata per annum per year, excellent pension scheme and health cash plan

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented administrator to play a key role in supporting the delivery of apprenticeship End Point Assessments. Working closely with assessors, apprentices, training providers, and internal teams, you will help ensure assessments are scheduled, administered, and delivered smoothly, accurately, and in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process apprentice Gateway applications accurately using their EPA management system.
  • Schedule and facilitate online Professional Discussions between apprentices and assessors.
  • Review and issue feedback promptly, supporting moderation processes to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate payments and liaise with Finance and Membership teams.
  • Respond to enquiries from apprentices, assessors, employers, and universities.
  • Undertaking pre and post assessments checks for submissions; reviewing assessor feedback and issuing results to candidates.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with GDPR and data protection requirements.
