Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
• Experience in resource planning or fleet management is an advantage.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
• Proven leadership of teams in sensitive/operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safe and respectful transfer of the deceased into care.
• Oversee care centre operations, including preparation and embalming as requested.
• Facilitate movement to chapel of rest for viewings when needed.
• Lead ceremonies and manage funeral day operations with dignity and care.
• Optimise team organisation and scheduling to reduce costs.
• Mentor and manage the team to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure vehicles and resources are used effectively for seamless operations.
• Monitor KPIs to drive service delivery improvements.
