Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd. in the UK is seeking a cheerful Santa to bring Christmas magic to families visiting the grotto. You will greet guests, pose for photos, hand out gifts, and host festive breakfasts, creating inclusive, memorable experiences for children and adults alike.

Ideal candidates are warm, patient storytellers with reliability and a love of Christmas. A DBS check is required before start, and full costume, training and guidance are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and storytelling with warm, festive presence.
• Reliable, punctual and able to engage children and adults.
• Experience in customer service or events is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Greet families at the grotto, take photos, and hand out gifts with festive warmth.
• Host Santa's Breakfasts, creating magical mornings for families.
• Act as festive ambassador for Santa Paws, welcoming all visitors.
• Adapt approach to each visitor's needs to ensure an inclusive experience.
