Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres is seeking a festive Santa performer for the grotto season. You will greet families, listen to wish lists, pose for photos and hand out gifts with warmth and charm. Training is provided, and a full costume is supplied to help bring the magic to life.

Grotto sessions include hosting Santa's Breakfasts and Santa Paws events. Prior pantomime or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential, as warmth and presence are the keys to delight.

Qualifications

• Character with warmth, charm and festive presence.
• Experience in pantomime, am-dram, customer service or event hosting is a bonus.
• Excellent listening and storytelling abilities.
• Patient and adaptable to different visitors and needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet families, listen to wish lists and capture magical moments.
• Host Santa’s Breakfasts, creating joyful memories for all ages.
• Act as ambassador of festive cheer at Santa Paws events.
• Deliver an inclusive grotto experience with training and support from the team.
