Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd. is seeking a warm, engaging Santa to greet families in our festive grotto. You will listen to wish lists, pose for photos, and hand out gifts with merry charm. You will also host Santa Breakfasts and Santa Paws events, ensuring every visitor enjoys an inclusive, magical experience.

Full training provided; DBS clearance is required. Start date from 16 November with a finish on 24 December. A permanent role may arise depending on December/January availability.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and storytelling skills.
• Warm, patient interaction with families and children.
• Experience in customer service or event hosting is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Greet families in the grotto and engage children with festive storytelling.
• Host Santa's Breakfasts and festive events for families.
• Be the ambassador of festive cheer for Santa Paws visitors.
