As an Enabling Support Worker, your role is to provide support and encouragement, following the guidance of the person supported and their person-centered support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records in line with service requirements and may need to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
Shaftesbury is an Independent Living service, offering a flexible, client-driven approach to care, health, and inclusion for people with a wide range of needs and living situations.
Support can range from a few hours to 24 hours a day, helping people engage with their community and live fulfilling lives. Our services include homecare, community activities, and day services for all ages.
