As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will involve providing support and encouragement, following the guidance of the person supported and their support plan.
You will maintain accurate records as required and may need to administer personal care and medication. There may also be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will receive an additional £60 per sleep-in.
