About the role
As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will be to provide support and encouragement, following directions from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
You will need to maintain accurate records in line with service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There may be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
Shaftesbury South East provides person-centred care, enabling adults with intellectual and physical disabilities to live as independently as possible.
In Eastbourne, we offer independent living tenancies in shared houses with communal spaces, and support individuals in their own homes.
