Job Description:

We are recruiting for Enabling Support Workers at Shaftesbury Ivy Lodge. Please note, this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship due to salary requirements set by the Home Office.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and encouragement based on individual support plans.
  • Maintain accurate records as required.
  • Administer personal care and medication if necessary.
  • Cover sleep-in sessions, with an additional payment of £60 per sleep-in.

Ivy Lodge is a recently refurbished property supporting younger adults with mild learning disabilities and autism. The environment promotes daily living skills, work experience, and emotional support. Residents have their own tenancies and are encouraged to develop respect, communication, and social skills.
