Shaftesbury Group UK is looking for Enabling Support Workers who are passionate about providing support and encouragement to individuals with learning disabilities and autism. The role involves maintaining care records, preparing reports, and potentially covering sleep-in shifts, all aimed at promoting a full and enriched life for residents.

About The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
Ivy Lodge is a newly refurbished property, open to younger adults with mild learning disabilities and autism. The house has an upbeat and friendly environment, where we promote daily living skills, support with work experience and placements, and provide emotional support when needed. There are 6 people residing at this property who all have their own tenancies in place and have learnt respect, communication, and social skills.
