Derbyshire County Council is seeking an Enablement Support Team Lead for North East Derbyshire to oversee service provision through targeted projects, expert guidance and daily team coordination, with a focus on improving wellbeing and helping individuals live independently at home.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, promoting inclusive practice and forging positive relationships with external partners as part of a new time‑bounded support programme.
