PBS4 is seeking a Deputy Enablement Manager to lead and support teams across Hampshire, covering Southampton, Portsmouth and Winchester. You will manage shifts, coach staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for people we support.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.
• Ability to work across shift patterns including nights and sleep-ins.
• Mentoring and coaching skills for Enablement Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and mentoring to Enablement Assistants.
• Support people across shift patterns including days, nights, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins.
• Ensure QA processes, upskill teams, conduct supervisions and appraisals, welfare checks, and training.

Skills
