Job summary

Key in Scotland is seeking Support Worker to help adults with diverse needs. Work locally in Dunoon area, providing person-centred support to promote independence, dignity and well-being. Full Time and Part Time contracts available, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

You will receive comprehensive training, paid induction, pension, and access to benefits such as annual leave, sick pay, and PVG scheme fees covered. Sleepover and waking-night shifts may be required.

• Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service.
• Experience of working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.
