United Response in Welwyn is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower people with learning disabilities, autistic adults and those with mental health needs to live as independently as possible. You will help with daily living tasks, personal care and attending appointments, while promoting choice and inclusion.

This role is based in Welwyn, offers 37.5 hours per week, and pays £13.25 per hour. A rewarding career with excellent training and development opportunities is on offer.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the people you support and help with day-to-day routines in line with personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, appointments.
• Support with employment, volunteering and hobbies to enable independent living.
• Assist with attending appointments and daily activities while promoting dignity and choice.
