Job summary

Progressive Independence Limited seeks dedicated Residential Support Workers to help children and young people with emotional, social and practical needs, fostering independence and positive outcomes. You will support education, activities, hobbies and daily routines in a safe, nurturing home environment.

Role requires a Level 3 qualification, at least 12 months' experience in a children's home, a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and an Enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential Care or Health and Social Care (Children's Pathway).
• At least 12 months' experience working in a children's home.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points and access to own vehicle or ability to drive a manual company pool car.
• An Enhanced DBS check is required for successful applicants.
• Desirable: An Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service.
