Job summary

Red Moor School seeks a Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5–18 with SEMH needs in a specialist setting. You will work with teachers to create calm, structured learning experiences and contribute to personalised timetables and behaviour plans.

Build strong relationships, support pupils individually and in groups across subjects, and assist with resources, records, and off-site activities. Start October 2026.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
• Calm, consistent, caring approach especially in challenging moments.
• Enjoy working with young people and adapt to their needs.

Responsibilities
