Job summary

Turning Point is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities in a Sydenham service near Leamington Spa. The role involves promoting independence, daily living activities, and personal care within a 24-hour service, with full training provided and a strong focus on communication and teamwork.

We operate as a not-for-profit provider with a supportive culture and offer 29 days holiday (increasing with service) plus additional benefits.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence for people we support.
• Assist with daily activities including cleaning and cooking and outings.
• Arrange activities in home and local community.
• Develop residents' life skills and interests.
• Help residents stay safe and healthy; assist with personal care and medication if needed.
• Maintain records and support service monitoring requirements.
