You will promote independence, rights and choice, provide day-to-day care, and work within the service to uphold health and safety standards and complete necessary records and checks. A collaborative, person‑centred approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with service users and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day care and support to enable independence.
• Promote independence, wellbeing, rights, responsibilities and choice.
• Support service users to live as independently as they wish.
• Carry out health and safety duties including risk assessments.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing and continence.
• Record keeping and liaising with external professionals as required.
