• Engage people we support in meaningful opportunities and activities, empowering them to enjoy a great life.
• Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
• Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and help people to communicate effectively with others.
• Shifts: Rotational, 37.5 hours per week.
