Job summary

RGB in Penryn, Cornwall is recruiting a Support Worker to assist adults with complex needs at a supported housing service. The role is a 12-week temporary contract with the potential to become permanent, 37 hours per week, starting 26 October 2026, at £15.34 per hour.

Shifts run five days per week, 8am–9pm, with a DBS check required. You will provide person-centred support, help develop and review support plans, complete risk assessments, and support independence and community involvement while
