The National Autistic Society is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join Kingsley House in Bideford, Devon. You will provide compassionate day-to-day assistance to autistic adults, following individual support plans and routines to help them live their best lives.

This full-time, 39-hours-per-week role requires a caring, reliable approach and a willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed. Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential, and driving licence is preferred.
