The role follows a rota and includes evenings, weekends, and potential sleep-ins, focusing on helping individuals maintain independence and wellbeing.

You will join Bethany House, a registered residential service, delivering tailored support plans, recording progress, and working closely with a supportive team to create fulfilling,

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis.
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech).
• Drivers are Essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required.
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Support activities, appointments, and community access.
• Maintain accurate records and work effectively as part of a team.
• Work a rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
