Job summary

Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is seeking a Female Support Worker in Holyhead, Ynys Môn to help three ladies live fulfilling, active lives within their local community. You’ll provide person-centred support, encourage participation in activities and support their daily routines with dignity and respect.

This role requires a caring, patient, and proactive approach, a full driving licence and access to your own car for local travel. Sleep-ins are part of the shift pattern, with weekend work included.

Qualifications

• Patience and empathy in supporting individuals.
• Ability to support intimate personal care with dignity.
• Strong communication and teamwork with colleagues and professionals.
• Ability to speak on behalf of others and advocate.
• Good written records of events with empathy.
• Driving licence is essential for transport.
