• Patient, approachable and resilient with ability to build positive relationships.
• Commitment to inclusion and supporting pupils with SEND.
• Experience with young people or education is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support students with learning in and out of the classroom.
• Assist teachers and SEND team to remove barriers to learning.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities.
• Communicate effectively with staff, students and parents as appropriate.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling information.
