Job summary

Starting salary will depend on qualifications and experience; closing date is 30/10/2026. 37 hours per week, 38 weeks per annum at Chelmsford College.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4-9 or equivalent, required.
• Experience supporting learners with SEND preferred.
• Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Support learners with SEND needs across curriculum levels.
• Collaborate with staff to advise and guide on inclusive practice.
• Encourage learner independence and confidence through targeted support.
