Teaching Personnel are seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a partner school in Pentre, Rhondda Cynon Taf. The role supports pupils with ALN and SEN, helping them thrive academically and socially in an inclusive environment.

Ideal for someone patient and adaptable with experience in care, childcare or support work. DBS check required or willingness to obtain, and right to work in the UK. Full-time, school hours, ASAP start.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN and ALN.
• Reinforce learning objectives set by teaching staff.
• Encourage participation and engagement within lessons.
• Support literacy, numeracy and communication development.
• Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation.
