Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people with challenging behaviour.
• Experience working within an SEMH, Alternative Provision, Youth Work or similar setting.
• Experience supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• A patient, resilient and positive approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
