Ability to support personal care and meals.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to participate in activities and outings.

Support people with personal routines including personal care and meal preparation.
Encourage independence through life skills like budgeting, shopping and social outings.
Help people enjoy hobbies and interests: swimming, music, arts and outdoor activities.
Accompany residents to health appointments and trips out.
Work closely with our Physical Activity Practitioner, including in the hydrotherapy pool.
Contribute to household tasks and maintain a welcoming home environment.
Use a range of communication methods (Makaton, objects of reference, expressions).
Drive the home vehicle for activities and appointments (if you’re a driver).
