Conifers Primary School in Weymouth is looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support children one-to-one and in small groups across the curriculum. You will help build confidence, independence and reach potential, working within a caring, nurturing team.

The role requires understanding of SEND, strong behaviour management and a patient, adaptable approach. Part-time hours may be considered; safeguarding checks will apply.

• Has a good understanding of SEND and individual learning needs.
• Strong behaviour management skills and ability to create a calm learning environment.
• Patient, adaptable and enthusiastic with a cooperative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support children on a one-to-one and small-group basis across the curriculum.
