Qualifications

• Successful leadership experience in a primary school, at headteacher level or senior leader stepping up.
• Strong understanding of high-quality teaching, curriculum, assessment, inclusive practice and Ofsted requirements.
• Ability to improve attendance and work with families and external partners.
• Sound judgement, resilience and ability to build strong professional relationships.
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, equality and our values.
• Visible and approachable leadership to engage pupils, staff and families.
