Job summary

Teaching Personnel is supporting a Feltham-based primary school in recruiting a Headteacher to lead through an exciting phase of growth and improvement. You will shape culture, drive pupil outcomes and build capacity across the school community.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in senior leadership, curriculum excellence and commitment to inclusion, with the ability to develop and retain high-performing staff and to engage governors and families effectively.
