Job summary

Kingsway Primary School invites applications for a Head Teacher to lead the school with a clear moral purpose and commitment to inclusion. The successful candidate will build a strong culture, lead improvements in teaching and curriculum, and develop an ambitious leadership team within a supportive Trust framework.

This is a permanent, full-time post on the Leadership Scale (L14-L18) with a startup window in January 2027 or April 2027, and a closing date of 28 September 2026.

• Work closely with the Minster Trust for Education and benefit from its support network.
• Shape the future direction of the school and leave a lasting legacy for the community.
