Job summary

Maria Mallaband Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for our Nursing Home in the Reading area. You will lead shifts, deliver person-centred clinical care and work with a multi-disciplinary team to support residents with dementia and complex needs.

The role offers flexible shifts, leadership opportunities, and a strong focus on safeguarding, infection control and high-quality resident outcomes. NMC registration and UK work rights are essential.

Qualifications

• NMC-recognised nursing qualification is required.
• A valid NMC PIN (RGN/RMN/RNLD) is required.
• Right to Work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Perform medication administration safely and document it accurately.
• Lead shifts as Nurse in Charge to ensure safe staffing and smooth operations.
• Provide comprehensive care planning and resident support across dementia and complex needs.
