Homefield College is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team at the Nuneaton site. You will work with young adults with a range of learning difficulties, supporting teaching, learning and assessment to help students achieve their potential.

The ideal candidate will have experience with this group and hold at least Level 2 English and Maths. You should be confident, well-organised and able to thrive in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young adults with learning difficulties.
• Confident, organised and able to work in a busy environment.
• Minimum Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching, learning and assessment to enable students to achieve.
• Assist in creating an inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to students’ preparation for adulthood and independent living.
