Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or autism.
• Commitment to person-centred planning and independence.
• Willingness to work across a 7-day rota and varied shift times.
• Enhanced DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred, flexible support tailored to each individual.
• Offer emotional and practical guidance to help people thrive.
• Support with daily living skills, personal care and wellbeing needs.
• Assist with medical and welfare requirements.
• Record and report on health, progress and concerns.
• Safeguard and promote safety and dignity of those in care.
• Maintain a clean, safe and positive environment.
