Cygnet is seeking a Learning Disabilities Support Worker for Devon Lodge in the UK. The role involves providing person-centred, flexible support to adults with autism and learning disabilities, with emphasis on daily living skills, wellbeing, and safeguarding. DBS check is required.

The position offers a 42-hour contract with daytime shifts across a 7-day rota, and opportunities for overtime and ongoing coaching and development.
