Affinity Trust is seeking a part‑time Support Worker to assist individuals in their own homes in Great Finborough. The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a car, plus training with NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

You will help people maintain independence and participate in a variety of activities that promote wellbeing. The position offers full training and supportive colleagues, with a focus on compassionate care and empowering people to make their own choices.
